This picture shows some of the antennas. The 40 metre yagi is at 66 feet and the 4 element SteppIR is at 100 feet. We also have a 5 element tribander at 30 feet, an 80 metre vertical, a 160 metre sloping wire and, in the winter, Beverages for the low bands.

For DX and single-operator contesting the station is good enough now and only 80 and 160 can be appreciably improved - but because of the excellent earth quality we doubt whether performance can be improved sufficiently to warrant the effort.

For multi single or multi2 contests we need to put the 5 element tribander up higher so this is the first priority as far as antennas are concerned. On the lower picture the 5 element can be seen on the treeline at the far left .
